No more than twice a month. Bathing your dog too much can dry out their skin and strip their coat of natural oils. I recommend once a month if needed, but some dogs just love to get so dirty they need an extra bath.

depends what kind of dog.if they have a short coat probably once in 2 months and i f tey have a long coat like a maltese every 3 weeks although i think thats a little too often and can dry ou their skin.or just give the dog a bath whenever dirty

during cold weather only every 2-3 months, and only if they really need it..
during summer, it depends on how dirty they get, or if you are having flea problems,,
it will also depend on if dog has allergies, or sensetive skin...

my pup gets a bath more often because she is always getting into dirt and stuff outside... and i am also grooming her myself, and practice grooming now, because she is going to be a big girl one day and i need her to be trained to sit in the tub, and be calm for all bathing...
my thought is one day i may not be able to do it myself, and if i have to take her to a groomer i want to know she will sit and be a good girl...

I only bath them with dog shampoo when they start to smell, normally about once a month .

I do hose them off with plain water after the dog park to get the dirt and sand off which is every weekend.

i give my dog a bath once every 7 -14 days, depending. she doesn't roll around in the dirt or mud that often...

Make sure and use dog shampoo, not people shampoo. A dog's hair is different than peoples.
