For the very first time. It was a lovely time. I was welcome and even though I just wore a pair of jeans and a t shirt and lots of the girls and others were very smart. I got invited after the church to have some coffee and introduced me to lots of others and then even i got invited a long to a familys house for roast dinner yesterday. It was so friendly. They invited me around whenever I like and though i shouldnt intrude Its lovely to know. I even also am to go to chiore group tonight at 6 a clock and sing and meet new friends.
I am all alone usually cos i left my foster house and i never met mum or dad..and im 16 so its nice that people care. I was afriad to go cos people were saying no its a cult, but i dont think it was. And they told me jesus does love me and not hate me like i thought.

I am so glad tthat you went to chruch and found some happiness but I am going to tell you right now reading some of these answers pissed me the f**k off.
I don't understand why people want to bring you down if they don't believe in what your talking about then skip the d**n question and keep it moving but it is nothing but the devil trying to discourage you from knowing who your God is.
Don't turn away from religion because the of devils messagers honey because you see that before you went to chruch you were going down and was feeling so low but now you found some friends, your in a program there now and you will be learning about your true creator.
Like I said before I don't go to chruch because I am apart of a different religion but the two religions are that much different. I just want you to remember that there is only ONE GOD and he has ONE SON NAME JESUS CHRIST. Know Jesus died for you and he can love you because even though he died on earth he was in heaven before on earth and now is back in heaven.
When you go to chruch you do not have to pay I don't know why chruch's do collections so mcuh but you do not have to participate in that everytime.
Also and I can't stress it enough people are people no matter where you meet them so always be careful around people you don't know, when people start to act funny (and they will) don't allow that to break you down because people come and go, and do not stop going to chruch because of the people if they distance themselves from you. you need to be there because you want to get to know God so he can bless you and you will always feel true love as well as he will bless you with true people.
Also I do agree with the one writer that told you to check the bible for things they say because the bible is the truth and if they are saying one thing and the bible says another then you get away because they aren't speaking the truth. Also know that you don't pay to be in any religion so if they make you pay then thats not good and religion will tell you to make sacrifices but only what the bible ask you to do such as no smoking, no sex before marriage, etc. but nothing like shaving your head or having to where a certain type of garmet.
But again I am very happy for you and have a great night tonight.

Cool, I'm really pleased for you, I'm sure you're relationship with the people at church will become stronger the more you go along and the more they learn about you. I invited my friend to church yesterday and he enjoyed it too. You've just got keep it up now, some days people may not speak to you-so you must start conversations aswell. That was very well written. Hopefully you will fit in with that particular church group. If, for some reason you don't then find another church. Just check everything taht is said by using your BIBLE as a guide to the TRUTH. It is GOD'S HOLY WORD. Have a wonderful time this evening.

Trust in Jesus, if you ever feel unsure about people's motive pray staight to Jesus to show you the way, He will never leave nor forsake you!!! People however nice can get it wrong so prays always to Jesus to show you the right way and enjoy your new faith with your new brothers and sisters.

Its not a cult but it is.I my self dont believe in religions because they can one day cause wars like they allready are...but then again if you believe in god and it ideologys and the people from that religion treat you nice...then is a good thing you there also you can learn many things of that religion...
