What's the best way to get to the Jackonsville airport from south of Jacksonville when it's during rush hour?

Well there are three options. One, you take I-295 north to International Airport Blvd. Two, you take I-95 North to Airport Rd. (Not recommended in rush hour) Three, you take 9-A North To I-95 North and then Airport rd.

I would go with using I-295 North.
