I like your idea!!! We have "spiritual-scotch-guard"!!
Yes indeed!! We are brainwashed!! So that we can recognize and flee from evil, and have ready knowledge of God and his word..
We have the "Amor-all" evil does not stain, just slides off..
"Rain-X anti-fog"!!!! We can see thru the lies of satan...
We are Pre-Treated and Wrinkle-Free by the Blood of the Lamb!!!

True.If you noticed that you are brainwashed then it is good,Many do not see it and live all their life in that dream.
Seek and search, be wise and above all do not get caught on some "sin","guilt""salvation" or "hell".
Remember that you have free will which you will never loose. God gave it to you not a religion or church or priest.
If you exercise your free will given by God, will he call you a sinner or make you feel guilty? He is not a hypocrite,He loves you whatever you do, you cannot discard God, you may think so but He will be with you all the time, just seat alone and shut your eyes and allow all your thought to stop,He will talk to you then.Maybe not a first time but He will.

You sound too aware to be brainwashed. A question though...why are you a christian rather than a muslim? Did you read both 'holy' books before choosing or did you take your parents' or countrys religion?
If it was left until adulthood before we were exposed to religiousity, there would be no religions, and probably a lot less hate

I would certainly agree with you!
I am brainwashed but my brain doesnt just stay that way.
It has to be washed and renewed daily in His Word and fellowship of His saints!
God bless you!
.....the washing of regeneration......renewal of the Holy Spirit.....which He poured upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Saviour!!!!!!

When a big company like the church gets billions of dollars a years in America, I call that brainwashed. The catholic, christian, muslim, and all the other churches get a lot of money from there thousands of followers, but the number people going to church is actually going down in numbers. Yes whoever said logic is correct also.

Unfortunately the stereotype is the result of the acts of bigots.
Specifically Zealots who deny others the right to believe differently without labeling them as "evil".
This is a stereotype, with all the problems associated with that. Much the same as the stereotype that non-Christians worship Satan.

The fact that Christianity bothers Atheist so much should be encouraging to you. You never see Atheists complaining about Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, Pagans etc. But boy you Christians seem to hit them where it hurts.
