There has been a war between good and evil in heaven, just like on earth. Jesus spoke of the war in heaven, so we know it existed. The bible is not a book about what is going on in heaven, but a guide for us on earth.
It is clear from a reading of the bible, though many choose not to believe, that their are other gods, other lords, and even the Father has other sons. We like to think of ourselves as superior in knowledge to the ancient people, but believe me they got this one right.
So the fact that the angels rebelled and are held in chains in everlasting darkness until the end, is not surprising, when you view it in light of heaven as a war field, and not as some rosy place full of peace and harmony. That day will come, but may not be yet.
The important thing is that we know how the book ends. But I would appreciate you sharing with me the scripture about one-third of the angels rebelling, never read the amount before.

Humans do NOT have imperfect qualities. We have perfect qualities which we utilize inconsistently with the original purpose of those qualities.
The results of incorrect perceptions (mistakes) about the principles governing our Being are inescapable, but correctable. When the correct perception IS CORRECTLY APPLIED, the resultant “answers” (if recognized as such) enables us to declare the truth of that experience to ourselves. The results of correctly applying the principles governing our Being are ALSO inescapable, to our eternal good. That is the operative principle behind "Ye shall reap what you sow".
Consequently, we don't then merely BELIEVE that operating these principles incorrectly brings imperfect results, we KNOW it, because now, having "lived the solution", the knowledge becomes an "inescapable" part of us.
Angels and mankind were lovingly and perfectly created by our mutual Father, God with the innate ability to make our own decisions. Beings created with free will are free to make mistakes in order to learn from them. That is the point!
The truth about free will is that the gift is in BEING FREE to make mistakes so that you can learn from them....NOT in being penalized (hell) for making mistakes.
Having the ability to make mistakes does not detract from the perfection of our Father's creation one whit! Otherwise, you would not know what electricity perfectly and consistently does to you when you utilize it incorrectly. Consequently don't be "shocked" to realize what electricity perfectly and consistently does when operated correctly, either. It's not truth or consequences. Truth IS consequences.
No sooner than we correct the mistake in perception inside ourselves, and apply the solution....that the benefit leads to further experience to apply the principles that YOU KNOW are now a permanent part of you.
I'd say that's a pretty good way to learn about the wonder of your Self and especially about the Giver of such a gift as free will....
With such a gift, the greatest thing you’ll ever learn about having free will is…. just to love and be loved in return.
As is our Father’s intent for all the Beings He created…..

Pride. It is one thing angels, Satan, and man have in common who fall into corruption.
Satan thought himself better than man and just as worthy as God to be worshiped.
Angels (1/3) thought earth women looked especially good and taking human form, their pride in themselves became so great they did anything they wanted, leading to all forms of wickedness.
Man's pride we see on a daily basis. Not the "I did good work today" type, but I am the "be all and end all" type. They can not see beyond the things they see. Do whatever you desire in that state leads only to a downfall.
God as Father to us all, gave us free will to decide our serving Him or not. As any parent would love anything more than the sincere love of their children. That they treat parents out of true love for them and not "What is my inheritance?" That is why God designed us this way.

Because for some reason knowing the difference between good and evil according to the bible was enough to get kicked out of the garden.
As for the angels that one always confuses me but maybe its proof that even the Christian god is not perfect?

god is perfect because he did make the perfect word untill we began to sin, so we messed it up not god. 1/3 of the angels rebeled because they were persuaded by the devil thats why we should always be our selves and not follow other people. its like why did so many people follow hitler, they didnt have to but they choose to because of how persuasive he was.

Its called the DEVIL my friend. he stole 1/3 angels, they did not rebel, God gave them to satan, and humans have imperfect qualities because The Devil tempted and lives around us.

my guess is they thought the devil was stronger when he when to take the trown. So in fear they followed the devil. Maybe God was a gentel spirit, and loved to much, no one ever really saw his anger, or true power tell the devil attacked him.

Besides sin, there's free will. Man chose to disobey God and do what he thought was best.

Good question. If god actually exists, he/she/it is probably not exactly as perfect as people think he/she/it is.
