I will be commuting 5 days a week for the next 10 months or so, from Sunningdale > Waterloo, then Waterloo > Chancery Lane (Underground).
What is the cheapest way to do this? Would an Oyster Card save me anything? Is there a bulk ticket thing I can buy?
Any help appreciated.

You cannot use an Oyster card on the routes from Sunningdale - see :- http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/tickets/Get_most_out_of_Oyster_Card.pdf and scroll down until you reach the part about National Rail lines that accept them. You will need to check the prices of a 3 month/sixmonth and annual season from Sunningdale to Waterloo. It might be cheaper to buy the annual and then surrender it when your travel time is up, loosing any admin fee. You can get an Oyster card for the journey Waterloo/Chancery Lane linked to a long period travel card.

South West trains should be instaling the OysterCard readers & Gates at your station fairly soon (if they have not yet) so when they do you will be able to buy a weekly, monthley or yearly season ticket on your Oyster Card, mind having an Oyster Card means that if the trains are delayed you cannot get a refund from the train operator at the moment as Oyster Cards are issued by TfL and they cannot get the money back off the Train Operating Company.
So my advice is that you should buy your season ticket from your local station then that way you get a 5% discount & when the Oyster Crad Readers are installed and you can buy an Oyster ticket from the station office then move onto that.

If you can use it from Sunningdale then the oyster card is the best and will save you money.
