By submersion, it signifies the death & burrial of the old self (going under the water) and rebirth coming up out of the water. It should always be done in the Name of the Father, Son and the holy ghost.
The only Earthly man present at the birth of Jesus was Joesph.

The Greek word translated Baptism literally means to immerse. See Romans chapter six. This should occur only after someone has become a disciple, (Matt 28:19)
The only man to witness the birth of Jesus was Joseph.
When other men arrived, Jesus had already been born.
After Joseph, the first to see baby Jesus was most likely the shepherds.
The wise men did not show up at the stable at all.

Is this two questions? The right way to baptism is simple, dunk under water in the name of the Father the Son and The holy Ghost. If you accept what Jesus Taught, if not do it some other way, but it is pretty clear, the First men to witness I think would have been the shepherds in the field, I would say they made it there first, unless you count the in keeper, he may have been first.

The right way of baptism is the way you want to baptize. Some christian groups feel that full immersion is required, others feel that water can be poured on you so that it runs, some have the baptizer dip a hand in water and make the sign of the cross, some sprinkle.
Some require that the baptized be an adult who requests it, some allow for or even encourage infant baptism.
Some add anointing with oil to the ceremony.
One oddity - most churches agree that baptism is something that anyone can do, as long as the intent is there and the words "father, son, and holy ghost [or spirit]" are used. So if necessary, as an Atheist, I could still baptize someone.

Baptism is what people adopt in their philosophy. If you are happy in a particular way then it is all that you need to worry about. There is no "right" or "wrong" way.
I suppose that some ladies who have helped Mary with the birth and then after, her husband young Joseph. It is all common sense, there was nothing special about His birth, he was born like any other baby in the world.

Fully immersed Water baptism is the right way. But the person should be a believer of Jesus that He died for his sin. He should be fully repented.
The shepherds are the first witnesses

Since Jesus was immersed in water, that would seem to be the proper way to do things. The bible does not mention anyone other than Joseph being present at the birth of Jesus.

Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Act 8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
they went into the water, it means submerge in water
Mat 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
means he was in the water
i think it's submerge

I think submersion baptism is best becse its what Jesus did and encouraged.
Do you mean the first men to see him after he was born - Joseph and then the shepherds, or the first men to be saved - Paul the apostle
