Passive smoking is so called because people who doesn't smoke, breathe in the smoke of smokers.
Personally I don't see that as a free smoke, the non smoker has no choice.

Yes, I guess it sort of is. But since I don't want to waste money buying cigarettes for myself, I'll take everyone else's passive smoke.

I don't smoke but I think passive smoking is worse than smoking. Think of it... It's came out someones mouth... Thats like me chewing a sandwich and then taking it out my mouth and giving you it.

lol. well maybe the reason we are non-smokers is because we don't want to smoke, so maybe it is the smokers who are forcing us to smoke through passive smoking. so maybe they should pay uus like compensation for trying to put our health at risk hehe

Yes it is stealing and they should have to pay part of the tobacco tax. My cigars are getting way too expensive.
