on this website i can only blog every 12 hours is there anyway i can get by this

Using free blogging services has its limitations. To get more options and remove the limitations, get your own blog.

I don't know why they would put a limit like that, unless they don't have a lot of resources.
Try a different host! mine is today.com and there's no time limit. I'm sure other hosts don't have limits like that either.
The other alternative is to buy hosting and host your own blog so you don't have to worry about any restrictions.
