She doesn't need 'extra crimes' she is a convicted felon who dodged an order of deportation when she was let free to report herself. That is jail time, as far as I'm concerned.

Seems like, for her, it is still only deportation.

I see her orginal deportation was back in 1997. If she stayed where she belongs, her kid would of been born in Mexico.
She had plenty of time to go about things in the legal fashion.

Well,at least now the kid can really get pissed off and become the next generations mass murderers like the ones we constantly see on T.V. who do such evilness before noon!
You know like columbine,Virginia tech and so on...

Wanting to be with your son is not a crime! I do not think they should be charging her with anything.
