Blood clot in Retina plz advice?

Hi Friends
My mom is having Vision problem and the reason is blood clot in retina,She is nearly 60 years of age
We went to best hospital in Hyderabad and lifted his hand that he cannot do any thing.Plz advise what can i do to her ,I am ready to take her to US also if there is any cure.

There is, I regret, very rarely any active treatment for an established branch or central vein or arterial thrombosis of the retina.
Possible underlying issues need to be checked for:
Hypertension, giant cell arteritis, blood clotting disorders...

If only part of the eye is affected, then observation may be needed to asses whether the macula is at risk, and *occasionally* laser therapy may be advised.
If it was a central occlusion, this is very rarely the case.

Checking in the months after the thrombosis is required because in some cases a secondary glaucoma develops as the eye lays down new blood vessels trying to heal itself. and sometimes these can also lead to fresh haemorrhages.

At this point treatment is more often given.

But there is no straightforward cure for for the initial condition.
Some recovery of vison can be hoped for, in general more if it was a vein rather than an artery that was affected.
