Most of the time, eyelashes do grow back but it would depend on what made them fall out. The average time frame for regrowth is 6 weeks. If you don't know what made them fall out, please see your doctor!

If they fell out due to alopecia areata, they may grow back only to fall out again. The final outcome of the disease is unpredictable. Somewhere along the line, the lost lashes may grow back and remain. In other cases, the regrowth and loss is a constant unpredictable cycle.
