The Earth cannot have the same climate. The Earth is always changing, there is no such thing as a static climate.

Well... We would probably be a lot less advanced in technology, considering the fact that we as humans only want to learn more when the problem's already started, and without climate changes, there would be much fewer problems, of course... And if the climate never changed after the earth's formation, we wouldn't have to worry about technology, because Earth would be a giant ball of lava and sulphur and other bad stuff.
