I have not had sexual intercourse for some time (about 36 hours). My left bollock is throbbing like it has a headache. I very much want to emit it's contents & i feel this desire is causing me pain.

I can't go to the doctor with this problem as he will laugh at me. Maybe a woman porfessional would be better suited to hear my pain. Has anyone else ever got this pain?

How do you make it stop..?

Not quite sure if I should take you seriously.....if the pain is that bad you would go to see a doctor to eliminate the pain.......Anyway whats so great about your balls that a doctor would laugh??

Doctors do not laugh at patients or their problems. They take it seriously when you go to see them, and you, likewise, should be serious, otherwise you will be wasting the time of someone else who could be very seriously ill.

If you take 36 hours without sex to be 'some time' you are obviously overdoing it. It's possible that your pain (which you have experienced for one day) is due to minor trauma during sex. Resting your testicles is all you need.

If emitting the contents relieves the pain, then do that.

Sexual desire does not cause physical pain.

I find it odd, that you can not express this issue to a male physician but you can to a female. Sexual intercourse or lack of it does not generally result in testicular pain. An examination could determine the cause and appropriate treatment. At this time intercourse would not be recommended as infection could be the cause of pain. Get your self checked soon.

Firstly testicles, I thought I would use the medical term, don't get painful due to lack of activity. Second why should one only be uncomfortable. You may have a simple orchitis, but again inflammation of the testicle is usually bilateral ( both sides ) rather than unilateral. Other options include a partial torsion (twisting). My advise is do get your GP to check it out. By the way is more than 30 years I never laughed at a patients predicament!
