my best friend is hugely in love with this guy. and they hang out a lot but he wont make a move and he seems interested in her but .....he wont make a move. she often invtes me out with them or to small parties with them, etc,.he and i have a very easy rappor and he always starts talking about stuff that has to do with sex or porn when he talks to me. it's not like he's talking dirty to me, it;s just a continuous subject in the abstract, i never thought much of it, it's hardly romantic, but she got really upset recently, saying i'm stealing him, and ........though it's true i have not been ignoring him....i'm hardly stealing him. anyway...so i avoid talking to him, and he follows me and wants a hug when i leave, and she glares at me, and well....sounds dumb and ****** i know, but any good way to clean the mess and get my friend happy again. i could leave the scene entirely...but then that means no best friend for me anyway....

Have you told your friend that you are not stealing him away? If you've told her and she's still mad at you, then she's paranoid, possibly obssessive, and does not have enough trust for you because I know my best friends would be way more understanding than she is. Do your best to direct his attention to her such as changing the subject. Decline some of her offers to hang out with them. Give them some alone time, but continue talking to your best friend.

stay away a guy isn worth losing a friend and that is what is going to happen rather get your friend off the guy if things get serious

If you dont like him then just tell him. Girls are always jealous when it comes to guys. Especially when the guy she likes, likes her best friend. Its understandable.

If you dont care about the guy just start ignoring him and then you can keep your friend. It seems that if you dont you will lose your friend.
