possibly a flirtation. touch can have many meanings. if your conversation was heated as in a hot political topic and she touched your chest...this may have caused you to calm down.
it would really depend on all circumstances.
maybe it was a expression of her letting you know she is comfortable talking to you. like you dont appear to be a threat in some way.
ask the girl you had a conversation with.

I think so!! If i wasnt flirting and didnt want to get a guys attention I probably wouldnt touch him at all during a conversation.....So definately Yes!

Not as much as if she touches him on a lower region of his anatomy.....However, if a man touched my wife on her chest, and she said, " Hold on untill I get this blouse unbuttoned"...I would consider her to be flirting in a small way.
