Which is healthier for me Caffinated coffee or Decaffinated coffee.
Im under the impression that decaff is actually full if chemicals that are used to remove the caffine, so would I be better off sticking to caffinated?

Both have their benefits.
Decaf does contain chemicals to get rid of the caffeine and still contains a certain amount of caffeine, you need a nocaf to get no caffeine.
The problem with caffeine, although small doses can be good for you, is that it's a drug that gives you energy and stimulates your body.
For a while you'll be left with a tonne of energy, but when the caffeine wears off you'll feel the same, if not worse than you did before.
As both contain caffeine, my opinion would be that so long as you weren't drinking it before bed, caffientated would be better as there aren't as many chemicals in it to remove the caffeine itself.
Happy drinking!

It is not a matter of health, though some medical conditions are affected by caffeine. Most decaffeinated coffees have used chemicals added, though there are natural decaffeinating processes.

Use either one, in moderation both are fine.

some naturalist would say to use decaf, but the isn't the caf the natural thing.

Just use moderation and all will be well

It depends on your reasons. Like coke and diet coke. They all have caffeine in them. They are all bad in the long run. They are all highly acidic. They take some bad elements out and swap them for other bad ingredients. Its all about displacement. They have to keep the taste to some degree because you have been conditioned to like it by the manufacturers. In a nutshell, its like the question.Whats worse, immediate or prolonged death?

caffeine is highly water soluble so very simple to remove using a process of freeze drying. your decaffeinated stuff should have no more nasty chemicals than regular coffee.
