Tell him that you only believe in sex after marriage. If he's interested in you this won't put him off, but if he's only after sex then he'll be out looking for his next conquest.
This only works if you keep up your story for a few days, and it has to be believable (so avoid telling any stories about yourself which would tend to contradict this).

They leave quickly after they are refused sex. Never give sex outside of marriage. You might see the coward leave, or the great guy stay. You might also be able to find something out by looking at his Internet space. And pay attention to red flags (I suppose pay attention to green ones to, to be fair?)

we are happy to hold hands and kiss more often
i and my girlfriend were together almost 9 months before we slept together and we are still going stong four years down the line
if that don't help get some sodium petathonal that will help youfind out if its love or just sex hes after
