It is a really good question that you have asked. I am not very relegiously wise. However i kind of believe that it is kind of like chess. If you are a really good player you would probably know what your opponents move would be like. You might give them lots of choices but you would know what they think is best for them. I am not saying that God would try to defeat you like in a chess game. He is so clever beyond imagination. So he would know our future. However God would let us make our moves = make decisions to shape our future. So if you think no matter what you do you are gonna end up where God has chosen you to be, i think its wrong because you can shape your future. Remember God wants you to be in heaven, not the other place. However it depend on what you do too. I cant explain it all as I am just a teenager and what you asked is one of those really complicated Godly things that only God might be able to explain. So please dont be one of those people who thinks if God wants me to be in heaven he would do what it takes us to be in heaven. Because FREEWILL !!
Hope I helped
PS: I said he because well I prefer it that way. I dont know whether its a he or she or either

The idea of Predestination is in no way supported in the Bible.
Where it says that God knows the outcome of something at the beginning means that he has the power for things to eventually work out as his will desires.
It doesn't mean that the decision of wether or not we are doomed or saved at birth has been decided upon.
Man was created as individuals with the power to control our own future.
We should use that gift wisely.

It is said in different books (which I can't remember at the moment cause I left them in P.R. 7 years ago) that in the lapse of time between death and rebirth we decide how we want our lives and what mission we will have to fulfill in order to learn and progress until we attain ultimate goal!! The goal being complete enlightenment of the soul and sit right beside the Lord!!! However given the free will to us we Will experience easy or hard paths that are needed to obtain certain attributes i.e.: if you lack patience, circumstances will come to you to help you master it!!! I always like to think of it this way: "we are created as an image and resemblance to God, therefore we are gods and can do everything he does as long as we understand our place and respect Him without trying to surpass Him!!!"

God affords both, opportunity and free-choice to all individuals. "Reaping and sowing" are consequences for either, doing good or doing bad. God has a "hands off" policy in place and only intervenes within the affairs of humans to further His future plan for the human race. How we live life is a choice - not a coercion from God - if it were, then , it would be God who sins - not us. This is totally in error, should this be the case - God cannot sin - He is Holy !!!

As you say, He knows what each person is going to do with his life, and he already knows the exact moment and manner of each person's death.
Nevertheless, a person does have the free choice between good & evil, which can always influence his destiny.
Also, repentance, prayer & charity will avert the evil decree.

Read Genesis 18:20-21 and you will see where God did not know everything in advance. God said he was going to go down to Sodom and Gomorrah and see...WHETHER OR NOT....they were acting as bad as he heard. Also, Ezekiel 18:21-28 talks of turning back from wickedness (or righteousness) and the results there of.

I believe God has a plan of life for everyone. But also God gave everyone a free will. They can choose the plan of life for themselves. Be it good or bad. God could look into the future of someone, but I don't think He does. We wouldn't have the free will, if He did.

Yes he does and what you said is true but dont confuse this with temptation and say "but then why does he allow so many evils". Human nature is weak and will succumb to temptation from time to time and some more than others. You know what the right choice is but yet it is still "cool" to cheat on your wife etc.

So they say, but it`s not true.
Think about forecasting winners of horse-races etc., if it wins, well, that proves there is a `god.` If it loses, well, `god` didn`t want it to win because `god moves in mysterious ways!`
No-one wants to risk going to their `hell` if they are wong!
