Never heard of that. I smoke and have never had any issues in that department. It may be something else causing that. I'm not an expert on ED, but that's sounds like there's something else going on.

yeh im pretty sure it is because nicotine effects blood vessels so it is a possibility. Alcahol is another thing that effects preformance, as well as stress, and a bunch of phycological issues such as depression.

in some people it can. now the reason being is a lack of oxygen in the system. it depends on how active the person is...whether or not they may excercise.

Most probably a myth.
But it will definately affect his health and appearance. No matter if it affects him during sex, I would convince him to give it up anyway.
Not to mention it would taste like kissing an ash tray!
