I am not sure how old you are. But I used to be super skinny, too until my fast metabolism. If you have fast metabolism because of your family gene, then you are very lucky compared to the many obese people in this world?
I used to be super skinny, but I finally gained some weight by eating more fattening foods, eating late at night, lots of sweet stuff such as cakes, donuts, other baked goodies, ate lots of carbohydrates (such as pasta, rice, potato), starchy foods. Maybe try eating many small portions throughout the day.
But overall, being happy with my life allowed my body to easily gain weight also.

Eat FAT. Do strength training. And lay around in front of the TV.. TV is fattening. Especially if you do what the food commercials say.
You say you "eat enough" but if you want to gain weight you have to eat more. And you need to exersize so the calories don't go to the wrong places. Try some Hatha Yoga.

Change what you eat. Some of us eat extremely healthy, trying to lose weight. I would never tell you that what you want to do is eat unhealthily. However you want to change you intake content. You should add more protein in your diet. You can try more starchy foods, Protein will help you gain muscle mass, which is heavier and more attractive than fat. Starchy food will just help you pick up weight, which will more than likely be fat. Scroll down in this article for tips on healthy foods to help you gain weight.

I have the same problem...im 5'8'' and only weigh 105. Its hard to gain weight but try to build muscle, because muscle weighs more than fat. Some types of bodies dont gain weight easily. So i would say exercise, eat carbs, and dont miss a meal

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

Exersize. Go running, swimming, etc. Build up muscle and you'll get a really big appetite, too. Plus, muscle weighs more than fat.
