That's a question you should ask your doctor. There are different things that return your memory, and they work differently for different people. And different things trigger your memory, And it takes longer for some than others. So You should ask your Dr. He should know, because he knows your history.

Don't worry you'll forget all about it.



Just keep good notes, if you can rember too.

There are mental exercizes which can improve your short term memory. You can get better at it with practice.

Why are you asking yahoo answers? If you really have no short-term memory, you won't even come back to check this page.

And if you did check this page, then obviously your short term memory is there; it just isn't as great as maybe it once was.

i think it depends why u have lost it. u dont give yr age or why u lost it. my mum who is 77 has dementia and has lost all memory back to about 50 years ago, that wont come back again.

It really depends on your reason for losing it. Is it because of illness? If so what? Is it because of treatment - medication ECT? If you can let us know why you have lost it we may be able to help you bettter x
