Light blue face, light green body, yellow front, red on its lower tummy area, light blue on its wings and some red on its wings?
Small in size.
Seen them sold a few times, and it makes a short high pitched noise.

This perfectly describes a Turquoisine Grass Parakeet (Neophema pulchella) specifically the male of the breed which have red on the wings. I find them to be very calm birds. Keep floor of cage pristine as they are ground birds and treat for intestinal worms regularly.

Amazons and Mccaws are large birds so its defintly not one of those two suggestions. Maybe a love bird, thats my guess. Their small, multicolored and make sounds similar to what you described.

it could be a type of amazon!! they come in many color variaties, and they r small. could be!!
