There are two things that you can do to lose weight or slim your waist:
1. Exercise
2. Change your diet

If you're not into exercise since you find it boring, you're exactly like me. Jogging is boring and doing crunches or other home exercises is even worse. I find that doing anything at home just doesn't work for me. You could join a gym, which might work because using equipment is much more interesting than crunches. I use the equipment at my high school.

Two years ago, I went vegetarian and I lost about 15 pounds within a month WITHOUT exercising! I was also more energetic and less irritable after going vegetarian. My boyfriend can vouch for that one. It's not like I wasn't eating. On the contrary, I was eating the same amount but instead of eating meat which is high in fat, I was eating vegetables and meat substitutes. Most meat substitutes are VERY low in fat, and many are even fat free. It's this reason that I've been able to keep off all the weight - because everything that I've replaced meat with is lower in fat. For the past five years, I've stood at 5 feet on the dot, and before I went vegetarian I weighed 114lbs and I was a size 2. For the past two years that I've been vegetarian, I've weighed a consistent 100lbs and I'm a size 0 or XS/XXS. Trust me, going vegetarian really does wonders. It even did wonders for my skin. I RARELY have breakouts anymore, which I did frequently when I ate meat.

Also remember, going vegetarian DOES NOT mean bland food. Trust me, I wouldn't have stayed vegetarian if the food tasted like crap. Meat substitues taste exactly like meat, and I have my meat-obsessed family to vouch for me on that one.

I also talked to two of my doctors, who are both vegetarians, and they agree that a vegetarian diet is a healthy way to maintain a healthy weight if done properly. On a side note, I've taken blood tests and I am completely healthy.

Hi..
...first of all u should know that most diets are based on meat..but u should eat boiled meat(chiken or rabit meat).Do not eat fast foods..less bread...and as many fruits and vegetables u can eat...especially those which have negative callories..which means that eating them u lose calories:apples, carrots, peaches, cucumbers, garlic, mango, oranges...it really helps...each time u eat u should first of all eat salad..and then food..try not to eat too much fried meals...then u should drink much water~2-2.5 l( not sweet drinks)..it helps to the rapid digestion and to the burn of calories...Then remember..to drink water 30 minutes before/2 hours after the meal...fruits should be eaten before the meal or 1 hour after it.. Also...don't mix potatoes with meat..pastas with meat..eggs are to be eaten separately of all the food ...in rest u should eat 3 times a day...never try to keep hunger because u will harm your health and believe me no beauty is worth our health. And the last , but the most important: do sports..if u get bored..u can turn on the TV or the music and do exercises...at least an hour...go to the swimming pool..u'll see that u'll be amazed at the results.
