High controversy question. Some web pages claim females are smarter than men. While some IQ test sights show that men score higher IQ averages. My best guess to answering your question is that your really smart and some people are not as smart as you so you may view them as dumb. Just a guess

I would have to say because men cannot understand women and get very confused by them, so women end up coming off as being dumb to many men because they dont know any better.
