Under certain conditions...yes.

If the recoil of the gun is greater than energy pushing the plane forward, it can stall. Two things push the plane forward: engine thrust and the pull of gravity in a dive. Fortunately the gun is usually used while the plane is in a dive aiming at a ground target. The combination of the engine thrust and dive more than counteract the recoil of the gun.

However, if the plane is flying level with the engines throttled back and just above stall speed or climbing at a steep angle, the recoil of the gun could exceed the energy pushing it forward and the plane can stall. Equally fortunate, there is very seldom a need to fire the gun under those conditions.

(Stalling a plane is a lot easier than you think. Ask any pilot, they can stall it any time they want.)

No.

While the kick from the GAU-8 30mm cannon does cause a slight deceleration if the plane is at idle throttle and coasting along, the plane's engine has more than enough power to compensate, that and the high rate of fire means the cannon will run out of ammo looong before the plane could be slowed below stall speed.

It's just a matter of physics.
so technically you may be correct but that is not really answering the question.
To create the conditions in which the A-10's gun will stall the aircraft the pilot would have to do so intentionally.

Under normal conditions... the answer is still NO for all practicallity.

No, this weapon can be fired until empty and the plane keep flying.

Do you seriously think that it would get into service with such a defect!!!
