And now he wants me to take with him for another 2 mnths so is the requerment for visa and soon will i get visa is there any problem in getting UAE visa .

If your husband is residing in Abu Dhabi on a work visa then no problem, he can apply for the family (residence or visit) visa for you. If he is residing on visit visa then his company will arrange a visit visa for you.
The required documents are:
Marriage certificate, should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (India) and UAE embassy/consulate located in India.
An affidavit attested by the Indian embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Your passport copy.
Husband's labor contract (work agreement).
The specific fee.
Ask your husband to contact his company PRO with the above mentioned documents. He will assist to obtain the visa from the Immigration dept.

If he is working there, you should have no problem getting a visa.
