Also, if that is the case, then what happens if another person was to kill that person who committed the original sin? If the original murderer was to be killed by the hands of another man, is the last sinner going to have the sins of two people on them?

Do not Kill yourself, nor kill one another:

[29] ......And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, Allâh is Most Merciful to you.

[30] And whoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allâh.
Quran 4:29-30

whoever killed a innocent believer, will be cursed by God:
[93] And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein; and the Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.
Quran 4:93

In Islam every muslim/muslimah is responsible for his/her own sins.If an innocent muslim is murdered, the sins of the murdered do not fall on the murderer. The murderer has a great sins so he/she should be murdered too except the family of the innocent murdered person forgived him/her with a certain amount of payment.

Nope, the murderer will bear the sin of the murder, but the sins of the murdered won't be transfered to the murderer. Islam never teach somebody's sin can be carried by somebody else. You carry your own sins.

I think you're refering to the idea that we may pay back the injustices we have done to others by taking on some of their sins on Judgement Day if they do not choose to forgive us. This is part of the perfect justice of Allah, for although He may forgive us and not punish us for his own part, He never takes away any person's ability to be compensated for the injustice done to him in life. Therefore, we may lighten someone elses' load of sins or may give them some of our good deeds on Judgement Day if we have wronged them in order to provide compensation. If neither of those will suffice, Allah will provide them compensation out of His mercy.
