All right here's what has developed. Ever since I was younger confidence was never a problem for me. I used to be more confident but every single girlfriend I've have had cheated or walked away from a relationship. The end result is that now I have a hard time talking to girls, and I really want to change that. I'm 20 years old, and I would say I'm a total gentleman with class. I'm not afraid to show others I'm my own person and don't follow what others do, but I have a hard time talking to a girl. So to make a long story short, how can I get a girl to say hi? How can I better myself and not be afraid of rejection from now on? I want to have kids someday and want to meet the right women for me, but if I don't change my ways that will never happen. I'm honest, loyal, charming, sweet, and have all the right qualities any girl would want.
What are good conversation starters to meet new girls? Also how can I be more confident and talk to any girl?

Take what happened in the past as an experience and start looking forward. You have not mentioned why they broke off the relationship. There should be a reason for the break in your relationships. Analyze that and refrain from doing the same.
Relationship is all about trust, everything, no matter how bad happens for the best. You just gotta pick yourself up and keep on going. At the age of 20, you are still too young to decide the type of girl you want. Your preferences and taste will change over time as you mature into adulthood.
Take it easy and slow, make friends with girls and work your way from there. I would say that 25 or 26 would be the ideal age.
As for confidence, be yourself... you want people to like you for who you are and not what you are. Dont put up pretences and you have to be comfortable in your own skin.
Conversation wise, talk about general topics that both of you enjoy. Dont let it be one sided or brag about yourself. Let the conversation flow. Get to know about the girl you are with, This will give you an idea about her taste and preferences. Then, you simply take it from there.

A good way to get a girl to say hi is to say hi to her. If that one doesn't say hi, just say hi to another one. Some will some won't . If a girl doesn't say hi to you, just move on. You have plenty of time to date and find the right woman to marry, so don't start worrying about that now. You describe yourself as having many excellent personal characteristics. You are wrong when you say that you "have all the right qualities any girl would want" because girls are all individuals and they don't all want the same thing. HOWEVER, there are plenty of girls who will appreciate those characteristics.
You don't mention anything about why your girlfriends broke up with you. Do you know why? You might want to spend a little time finding out, or thinking about why that happened. Maybe you were too involved, serious, attached, or possessive for them. Since you are just 20 now, I am assuming that all of your girlfriends were also quite young. Maybe it was just too soon for them to get seriously involved with anyone.
If you are a serious kind of guy and interested in a serious kind of girl, you might have to wait until they are women before they will be ready to be involved with you.
Just keep looking. You will find the right woman. Don't ever settle for less than the best and a woman who is just right for you. She's out there and you can find her.

you can't expect the girl to say hi first. you should be the one chasing her, catch her interest by saying hi, and before you even do that, try to make eye contact and smile, try to plant it into her head that you may like her, then she'll be sitting on home thinking about it, and may develop a crush on you as well, it's best to let the girl know you are interested first, cause honestly i've developed crushes on guys AFTER i found out they liked me, or after they started flirting, sometimes we just don't see certain guys as potential boyfriends, you may come off as a certain type of guy.. any guy that comes off as a "player" to me is a turnoff and a no no, so at least your not doing that, shy guys are often the best guys and i'm sure you WILL find a great girl.. take baby steps..
oh and compliments work wonders.. make her feel good, and you've made great progress

Alex, I know what you said about yourself is true. If you caught the eye of any one not just girls just say hi,how are you ? in a sincere manner,until it becomes your nature,selfconfident from within to without practice that. You will become a charismatic person ,girls will come to you. Have you read The Art Of Mingling by Jeanne Martinet ? That is a good book. Have fun Ladies Man !!!!!!

ive found from expierence that girls like independent guys rather than seeing a guy throw him self /cling to a situtian or person. try to start off with like a compliment first. then the girl is going to wonder who excatly you are. then just introduce your self and and start talking about mabye what your doing at the place you are at or waht you have planned to forter words. try to ask her to go with you. be independent. ask her to go for a walk, or to a party next week. just be your self and dont throw your self at em to hard.

i think of all human beings gravitate in the direction of self belief and the standard public like a project. The worst ingredient you could walk removed from this doing is transforming into a jerk. Just start off as friends then if you begin to feel anyting for her, be sure to be front with her at first and then see how she feels, give her time to reflect on what said and give her time. Guys always say give us time, so give her time. Most likely if you wait long enough it will develop into something romantic. :)

seriously, as cliche as it is, just be yourself. you dont need a conversation starter. if it is right the conversation will just flow right. if you really like a girl say something simple. compliment her on something or just say hey. you sound like a great guy you just need to trust yourself more. just trust your instincts and let it flow naturally
