I go a mix of both, this may sound shallow but every guy does it. If a guy thinks you are attractive he will start to talk to you, at the same time looks are not everything if you have a great personality and make me laugh I would go for that too, if your interested in someone just judge your chemistry between each other, do you see yourself as a couple or just friends.

personality. I believe that someone with the right character will always take care of themselves and their bodies and dress with style but without being a fashion victim. Plus there is an old saying that at the age of 40 everyone has the face they deserve. Maybe for some that applies even when they are younger.

For me, looks is what gets my attention (assuming she not one of those girls who have those phony looking t*ts). But lets' face it, looks gets old real fast if she is a shallow and insecure person. On the other hand, a girl with a nice personality is the one that melts a guys’ heart.

Looks about 23%, The rest for personality... I not going to be with anyone(Even a smoking hot girl) if they treat me badly and act snotty

the main 1 i look at is the personality. i am not not that much into looks. but i still look at it just a lil though.

not all guys look for looks and not all guys look for personality. it depends on what the guy wants. if you don't look good then you have to make it up with your personality and vise versa. most guys go for looks.

both. men are stimulated visually greatly, so looks are important to most. but speaking for myself, i could never date a girl who i didnt respect or like as far as her personality goes, so you need both i think. but i will say, i used to think i knew what i wanted & then on a consistent basis, i would meet girls who physically didnt meet that standard, but i liked there personalities & i liked them as much regardless of the looks. but there have also been girls that i liked there personality but was not attracted to them so i didnt pursue it. i guess its a case by case scenario.

depends if it's a quick relationship looks if it's longer though personality but hopefully the girl has both.
