There are no proofs of a Creator. Stars are balls of gas.
The best theists have been able to come up with on the "scientific" side is the concept of "irreducible complexity," which argues that complex biological systems could not have evolved through mutation - but this still involves the leap from "We aren't sure how this works" to "God must've done this." Even if we allow it, it's circumstantial evidence at best - hardly proof.
Philosophically the argument goes that since an "actual infinite" cannot exist, the universe must've had a beginning and therefore a cause - and God is this Cause. Of course, then God, unless likewise finite and created, becomes an "actual infinite;" but that's OK, because we've defined Him as the exception to the rule.
You can thumb me down, but all I'm saying is that there is no PROOF of God. I'm not even questioning His existence here. I'm just saying that if you believe in God, you're clearly basing your belief on something other than proof - viz. on "faith." I think most theists would probably agree with me on that.

hmm, gimme a shot... (no, seriously...)
the knowledge of a uncreated creator god is locked in the heart of every man, woman and child. before you stop reading, check this out.
Epimenides. Google him. then look up acts 17:16.
if you do a little research, you'll find that 95% of folk people groups have an adam and eve story, just with different names. same story though. They also have an uncreated creator God in their lore.
it has been said that faith is the evidence of things unseen.
and what are some proofs (solid proof, not fancy ideas) that there is no creator?
oh... and omnipotent isn't that complicated a word.

The stars are the creators in a way. We are all carbon based life forms made of stardust. Why do Christians want to look for an Omnipotent being ( Christians will need a dictionary for that one).

If you are truly interested in learning about proof of a creator, I would like to suggest two books.
The Science of God written by Gerald L. Schroeder
Creation Remarkable Evidence of God's Design written by Grant R. Jeffrey
These books are amazing. You will be fully convinced that we have a creator once you read these.

Yes indeed. Try this: '... because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse [Romans 1:19,20].
