Yes.
Here are some good ideas:

1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.

Yes but do not make any attempts to gain.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Oh my good golly gumdrops yes!

You need to go get 3 double cheeseburgers, 4 large orders of fries, a large chocolate milkshake, and an apple pie piece for breakfast, and lunch, and twice as much for supper and have 6 donuts between every meal until you weigh at least 115...

With a Body Mass Index(BMI) of 14.9, yes, 95 pounds is severely underweight. A BMI under 18.5 is considered anorexic. Even supermodels are now required to have a BMI of at least 18. A healthy BMI for you would be 18.5–24.9 or 118-159 pounds. Talk to your doctor about gaining weight healthfully or if you are thinking of becoming that weight, start to seriously rethink, as you are risking your health.

at your height and weight you can not have much muscle on your body. which means as you get older you will lose more and more muscle mass. by the time you are in your 40's you will have a very high body fat percentage unless you increase the amount of muscle that you have which will help to keep your metabolic rate higher

if your body fat % is anywhere close to the low 20's that would give you about 70 lbs of fat free mass on your body which is very low for that height

not necessairly. if you have a small frame then no if you have a medium or large frame then maybe it is. if youre at this weight because of excessive exercise and dieting then you should ease up. f you exercise moderately and eat normally bu oure still that weight dont worry aboyt it you have a fast metabolism count it asa blessing

Hell yeah, I would say it's too skinny unless you're 4'5". Also, as a man I just have to say that girls who starve themselves look terrible. I don't even know one man-NOT ONE who's looking for a bag of bones, so unless you're trying to impress your other anorexic friends, you're really wasting your time. It's ok to eat something.

If you are 5 feet tall then 95lb is just at the very edge of being under weight. If you are shorter than that then it's fine. If you are taller than that, you would definitley be underweight at 95lb. I'm 130lb and 5'6 and people call me skinny.

It depends how tall you are. I think like if you are 5 feet tall or shorter its probally ok. But if you are like 6 feet tall you are on the verge of anorexia. Go to google and type in height and weight chart and it will give you a range of weight, cause you should fall withing the range. Go find out for yourself from google.
