Do you mean to the warming caused by man, or the warming cause by natural events? Remember, the earth has been going through natural warming/cooling trends for millions of years, long before man was here. I don't believe that can be stopped. But, we can easily solve that cause by man ... eliminate man.

Scientists are trying to do everything they can, such as making new materials, so it will not hurt the enviroment so much, but the people that are trying to make global warming away is the Government. Countries around the world are doing everything they can. The Kyoto protocal is doing what it can to cut down on global warming and pollution.

Scientists like psychiatrists all have their own opinion about global warming,if you ask 10 of them for an answer,you'll get 10 different answers and some are jumping into the bandwagon only because it's a hot issue,the fact of the matter is that everyone that hollers the loudest,like the politicians and movie stars,are the biggest abusers of our natural resources,by driving oversize vehicles and living in mansions fit for 100 people,that require extra energy,and inhabited by only two

The IPCC is recommending:
Switch as much coal to gas as possible
Build More Nuclear Power Plants
Use Solar and Wind where possible
Reduce energy consumption in homes and cars
Build more energy efficient buildings
More reforrestation and aforrestation
Put a $20-$50 per ton TAX on CO2 emmissions

This is just some of the major recommendations.

Hundreds of scientists have worked together to develop a plan to reduce (not eliminate) the effects of global warming. It is practical and affordable, and will reduce the effects to the point where we can cope with them. Here it is:

There are some pretty far out ideas such as putting up an artificial ozone around the globe to fix the holes, but realisticly we should all do a part with conservation of energy, using sustainable resources, etc.

there is no solution to global warming......unless Earth is pushed out a little farther from the sun...global warming is just a cycle we go through..........the next generations are probably going to say the same thing......"omg!! it's going to be an ice age!! what are we going to do?"

they find the new ways to recycle materials, invent the equipments to use solar energy, every thing they do to protect our planet, cut down pollution-airs, waste water,But anyway, everyone in the world have to protect our envirments everyday,
