My Husband is in the navy and on a deployment I just had my 2nd child and looking for a quicker but safe way to loose about 20 lbs before he gets home im about 165 and my final weight loss goal is about 130 but I really want to loose the 20 before dec. more if it is possible.... I just dont really have a whole lot of time to spend in a gym being on my own right now with 2 kids so i need simple... PLEASE HELP ME.....
