Momkn is an Arabic word, it means "may be", "not sure" etc. Also "please" sometimes, depends on the situation.

perhaps it is Iraqi - when googled, it came up with some Iraqi sites. What it means, I do not know.

Momken in Arabic means "Perhaps" or "Maybe"...and it could mean if you are asking somebody "please give me"....
