Yes. Very good for the cardio vascular system. Excellent for mental health and the longer you you go the more calories you burn and the more tone you add to your muscles. Great for the skin as well. Truly a win win win win winnnnnnnnnn for all involved!! (fun too!!) WAHOOO!
