I don't think so, the HCl of the stomach would digest the enzymes. Anyways, the stomach has its own enzymes(gastric lipase, pepsin) so it wouldn't need pancreatic amylase to aid in its role for digestion. The pancreas has its own role in digestion.

Pancreatic amylase requires a neutral to slightly alkaline environment to be functional. Consequently, it will be inactivated by an acidic environment like the stomach.

I'm not sure you would need to research the properties of amylase like active temperature and pH factor. The guy before makes lots of sense. I doubt it would be active.

Amylase works only in alkaline medium.
