I want a digital camera but in a price range from 0-250 which would be the best in this prince range?

Casio Z75 or Z1050 is a great choice, nice and thin,
7.1-10.2MP, lightweight, shoots photos and video with sound. Easy to use controls and a 2.5" screen to view.

I really believe buying a camera is an individual choice.
The person needs to read alot of reviews on cameras and learn as much as they can from the internet.
Go to the store and hold them and try them to see what they feel like and how they take pictures.
I can only give a suggestion of what to look for in a new digital camera.

Put the criteria as under $200 in the free www.dpreview.com http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare.asp feature search and you can narrow down which features are most important to you.
I really like the pics from the fuji cameras, but Sony and Canon make great cameras too.
For $250, you should get a camera with image stabilization. I like an "optical viewfinder" so I don't have to look at the screen.
Look at the Canon PowerShot A570 IS, Sony DSC-W80, Sony DSC-W90 and Canon PowerShot A710 IS.
If you buy on-line, get it from a reputable firm like Amazon, BHPhotovideo.com, Dell.com or another trusted site. There are a LOT of scam camera sites out there so be careful!

The best camera would be an canon brand or sony brand but canon most preferbly. And you can find a real good camera with around 200. Go to a store and learn more about cameras and ask questions, not only one store but different stores.

well I would go with a Sony digital camera, between 6-9 megapixels.
