looking for a high end job with no job experience ( what do i do?

Well I have plenty of schooling I'm going on 23yrs old and looking for a high-end job that I went to school for to learn. I am very qualified for the jobs that i am looking for but nobody will hire me because i have no job experience ( talk about a rock and a hard place) what do i do??

pay your dues.
take entry level and if you are as good as you say promotions will come to you
