incline bench press and 100 push ups a day
bench close to your max 3 sets of 12 then work your back immediately after this is called a super set do that twice every other day and do 100 push ups daily you will be feel and look great............immediate results

yes we know wat pecs are. bench press, and pushups are some basic exercises. here is a good resource for exercises.
