I recommend GIMP, it has many features of Photoshop and costs nothing.

Photoshop is an extremely progressed application which has extremely some issues to do: retouching, etc... detect a unfastened photograph enhancing...it is going to frequently have extra relaxing accesories. or you could replace iphoto (in case you have a mac) or replace your photograph application. -Pippa

photoshop is not free, and getting a copy of it w/o paying for it is illegal. u can get a free 30 day trial from the adobe site. try gimp, its like photoshop but free.
