There are rude people every where. It is easier for more people to be rude when they don't have to speak to someones face.

well becuase people simply can be and they know tey can get away with it. In public there are social restrictions and here there is really nothing that can be done about it so people just be rude and tasteless here.

Also...The internet is anonymous. It's easier to be rude behind an avatar than it is face-to-face.

when i tis faceless communication the ignorant character come out of people.
I visit many posting boards sports, travel and there's always some really negative people out there.

They are called teenagers or adults that never mentally grew up. They are too chicken to harass others in person so they find their victims online.

Because they have nothing better to do with their time, is my simple answer. If you can't be nicely helpful in something you're an expert at....why bother at all?
