If I had the answer for that I might be billionaire by now.I think that is very hard and a pain in the butt.Six years is a lot of time and the reason must be very,very justifiable.Let somebody go takes a lot of guts and if you have it just do it.However, be ready for the aftermath because will be hard for both.Good luck.
