i need some new stretches! PLEASE.

Check into Fitness magizine, they have a lot of exercise and stretch ideas. What exactly are you trying to stretch, legs, arms, etc. Also look into dance classes, they will teach you to stretch parts you never thought of. lol. Good luck.

stretche when you come out of the shower. its easier. some lunges and maybe lay on your back and try to get your right leg to your left shoulder with out twisting your back too much. uhm back stretches help and the old fashion butterfly. think of stretches you would do in any sport.

I would need to see a picture in order to take a guess. What are you trying to stretch? Research yoga, t'ai chi, or pilates. Form is more important than raw flexibility.

spread ur legs as far out as u can and reach to the middle as far as u can go do this standing up and sitting down and practice doing the splits every day to and i used to do this in cheerleading stand on ur left foot then take ur right foot with ur right hand and bring it up in the air then bring your left hand over and grab it to so it wil make an o also dostraddles and just do lots of bending exercisses

try joining a club, yoga or something like that. go down to your local gym and check out the classes and prices. might be some fun to. remember to stay active and do lots of sports and stuff also

What were the old ones? well you can start with the stradle split stretch, they have a machine that keeps youre legs in that postition.
