I don't. The word "rapture" is actually not in the New Testament, and the whole modern evangelistic idea of the rapture is based on a misinterpretation of scripture.

The Left Behind series was great fun to read - but it was completely fiction. The "rapture", as modern interpretation would have you believe, is not biblical.
I am a Christian - I have searched the scriptures and just don't find anything that supports the "rapture" theory. The word "rapture" doesn't appear in the Bible.
Live for God each day, do what He would have you do, live a moral and righteous life, ask for forgiveness when you sin, read the Bible, fellowship with other Christians, be a good steward of His gifts, be kind to all, as far as it is up to you live at peace with everyone, and endure for His sake - and you will have peace no matter what happens.
Keep seeking, keep asking. May God bless you!

I believe in the rapture but not the left behind part where everyone get another chance.I believe in what Jesus says about the end time, Matthew 24:27-31, here we are all gathered to Him by the angels, verse 31.A trumpet will also sound verse 31 just as is spoken in, 1 Thes.4:16-18.The stars will fall from heaven onto the earth verse 29, here will be the lake of fire Rev. 20:14-15.And forever we will be with the Lord or in the lake of fire.Just my thoughts but the big question that we all need to know is weather we are ready or not.

For those who do not believe in the Rapture, study the 'Feasts' and the 'Harvests' and the 'First Fruits'
Study the correlation of Barley, Wheat and Grapes in the Old Testament Scriptures. Read the parable of the Wheat and Tares, The Virgins trimming their lamps, The seed on the side of the road, on the rock and on the good soil. Study these all and concentrate on 'First Fruits' and 'Harvest' time.
Study the seasons these crops are harvested and the order in which they are harvested. Study verses relating to the separating of the chaff from the barley, learn how this was done (Threshing Floor) Once you have thoroughly studied these Old Testament and New Testament Scriptures, turn your attention and study to the book of Revelation. If you do this with a sincere heart to understand, God will enlighten you to the truth of the Rapture. It is not science fiction, it is Gods Word and it can be easily understood by studying Scripture.
God Bless You...Peace.

i am not a Christian.
if you research the rapture theology, you will find that it isn't in the Bible at all. actually, the rapture was something that was made up in the mid 1800's after a well known preacher predicted the return of Christ.
of course, Jesus was a no show and someone had to think fast. so someone came up with the idea of the rapture to keep people who were disappointed from leaving Christianity.
anyone who believes that the rapture is Biblical has not done their own study of scripture.
i may not be a Christian, but i do have a degree in Christian theology and pastoral counseling.

The be conscious "rapture" does not take place contained in the Bible. the belief of the Rapture, inspite of the undeniable fact that, is obviously taught in Scripture. The Rapture of the church is the form wherein God gets rid of all believers from the earth with a view to make way for His righteous judgment to be poured out on earth in the process the Tribulation era. The Rapture is defined often in a million Thessalonians 4:13-18 and a million Corinthians 15:50-fifty 4. a million Thessalonians 4:13-18 describes the Rapture as God resurrecting all believers who've died, giving them glorified bodies, and then departing the earth with those believers who have been nevertheless alive, who've additionally been given glorified bodies. "For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a noisy command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the lifeless in Christ will upward thrust first. After that, we who're nevertheless alive and are left would be caught up inclusive of them contained in the clouds to fulfill the Lord contained in the air. And with a view to be with the Lord continuously" (a million Thessalonians 4:sixteen-17). a million Corinthians 15:50-fifty 4 makes a speciality of the instantaneous nature of the Rapture and on the glorified bodies we can receive. "hear, I inform you a secret: we can't all sleep, yet we can all get replaced - in a flash, contained in the couple of minutes, on the final trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the lifeless would be raised imperishable, and we can get replaced" (a million Corinthians 15:fifty one-fifty two). The Rapture is the outstanding adventure we ought to continuously all be yearning for. we can ultimately be unfastened from sin. we can be in God's presence continuously. there's a methods too plenty debate over the meaning and scope of the Rapture. that's no longer God’s intent. quite, concerning the Rapture, God needs us to “inspire one yet another with those words.”

i am not a christian, and i have never claimed to be one. i merely believe in god in my own way. but growing up in a "christian home" with "christian" teachings, and then being able to step back and critique and question and answer anything about the "christian bible" in a completely proffessional way, without letting any fear of damnation or religious wrath, i can answer this question as well as if not better than most so called "christians".
the rapture will not happen in a two part movie style fashion.
Christ will not take the holy living and holy dead into heaven and then wait for a time while everyone else left behind (catch the refrence) suffers and has a second chance and then he comes back again seven years later to deal with everyone else. it will happen once and only once. hence the "Second Coming" not the second and third and fourth coming. he will come if he comes and will be done with it all once and for all. the end. no encore.
hope i could help.

First of all, I'm not a 'christian' although I do believe in the Messiah.
Secondly, the 'rapture', as it is taught by most religions, is wrong, and if you are a good student of the old testament prophets, you would see this. There WILL be a gathering of the elect, which is referred to as the 'righteous branch', but it will occur differently than most people think.

I don't.
The bible says God will separate us left and right, the just and unjust, the sheep and the goats. ALL at once.
Jesus will come as a sheep in the night and in a blink of an eye it will be done! Non left behind. NO 1000 year reign, that's symbolic. Most of revelation was written for the early Christians about persecutions and the temple being destroyed in 70 AD. The desolation happened already then. 666 was Nero. Jesus told John "These are things that are to soon come to pass" Soon meant soon. Now of course not ALL of it was for those times but most-yes.

.The 'rapture ' of the Church occurs simultaneously with Christ's second Coming in glory and the resurrection of the dead.............All occur together,(see I Thess. 4:15-17); ..."AFTER the Tribulation of those days"(Matt. 24:29-31)
"...At the LAST trumpet"... I Corin. 15:52
Don't be deceived by the fictional "Left Behind" series....which is based on a common misconception that claims the 'rapture' occurs years before Christ's Return. This is not found in Scripture.
