You need to get a good puppy milk replacer from your vet such as Esbilac. You can get some replacers from places like Walmart, but it's not as good. You also need to speak with your vet as to how much the pups should he having etc.
You will need to feed each pup every 2 hours day and night for the first 2-3 weeks depending on how they are thriving. Again let you vet, the professional advise you. If there still is not enough milk you can cut back to every 3-4 hours day and night after 3 weeks. Be sure to keep putting the pups to their mother too. Their nursing will stimulate her to make more milk.
You can also make your own formula using goats milk. You may want to try the formula first though because you really are going to have your hands full for sure.
Is mom "diapering" them? Licking them to stimulate them to go to the bathroom. If not you need to gently rub the anus and either the vilva or penis with a warm, dapm cloth after each feed to help them go. They can;t go on their own at such a young age. This should no longer be nessassary after about 3 weeks. Hopefully mom is at least doing this part. Watch very carefully to make sure she is.
Be sure to have both mom and pups all checked by the vet also within 48 hours of birth.
Good luck with the pups. I know this is going to be very hard work especially if mom never makes enough milk for them, but it can be and has been successfully done millions of times. Just don;t plan on much sleep for the next several weeks.

You need to get to the Pet store and buy the powder or liquid puppy milk, you can use a needleless syringe or a bottle. If you are sure that the mother is not producing milk, there could be something wrong. Females, especially ones that have been bred numerous times, can get mastitis, which is an infection in the breasts. You will need to get this treated. I understand that its Sunday, so buy the milk and take them in tomorrow. You will want to feed according to the directions on the label, you will have to set your alarm because you will need to be getting up every few hours during the night. If you don't do this NOW you will lose more pups. Also, you will not want to EVER breed this dog again, this is a genetic diosorder and you have now predisposed all the puppies to this and none of them can be breeders now either. After the next 8 weeks of getting NO sleep I bet you will change your mind about breeding again. Good luck

You can get puppy milk replacer at Wal Mart if you have one in your area.If not, then use evaporated milk.To a cup of milk ,add 1tsp. corn syrup and an egg yolk, beat well, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.Cool to lukewarm, and feed the puppies this until you can get the milk replacer. ( Just Born or Esbilac are two brands that come to mind.) Good luck.

Goat's milk. You can buy it in the grocery store.I had raised some kittens once. The vet recommended it.He said it was the closest thing to their mother's milk.

of course there is canned puppy formula. call WalMart & see if they have any. you can also probably get some at your emergency clinic.
that may not be the reason the puppy died tho.
were both dogs tested for brucellosis? STD's?
