Oh Yeah,
Hair naturally falls out, on a regular basis. From your entire body, about 100 hairs a day fall out. After a shower, take a look at the hair you see, up close. Are both ends the same, or does one end have a little white bulb? The ones with bulbs have sloughed out naturally. The hair with no bulbs has probably broken off. With your great thick hair, a little breakage is not a big loss. If the breakage shows up in a particular area, you may be doing something, say using rubber bands in a ponytail, that is causing breakage.

An excellent product line for you is Nexus, found in salons. You will be pleased with the results by the end of one bottle.

Another thing to do is be careful with how you brush your hair. Start with the ends, then slowly brush higher and higher up the length of your hair until all the tangles are gone. Never start above a tangle and try to brush it out by yanking on it. That breaks most of the hair in a tangle, and stresses the rest so it will break on another brushing.

Hi honey, I had the same thing happening to me. And I'm only 25. It really started to freak me out, but don't worry. My hair is still okay, and it's long and curly. I've gathered quite a bit of information about the subject and come to find out, losing 100 strands of hair per day is considered normal. But it seemed like so much more. Just be sure to take a daily vitamin, because hairloss could be a sign of vitamin deficiency. And if your hair doesn't seem to be growing, make sure you trim reglarly or it will seem to not be growing at all as a result of breakage. Good luck, girl.

I have the same problem but yours seem a lot worse. Use some Strengthing shampoo, comb it gently, and do not like straighten it a bunch if you do them that can be another reason. Just keep your hair healthy and maybe that will do the trick.

I don't know if this would apply to you but have you started any new medications? This is not a side affect for most meds, but you never know.
When rinsing your hair you a tepid water tempeture. Thats what I was told by my hairdresser.
Have you been under any stress? Maybe that could be it?
Well I'm just guessin'.... good luck.

Hair falls because of many reasons...but the most common are because of Dandruff , some times you don't wash your hairs properly after using shampoo, conditioners etc..,or some times people don't actually give themselfves a hair wash regularly.
to reduce your hair fall regular hair washing(twice a week) and properly washing off the shampoo from your scalp in necessary
