any medicinal , herbal , or natural options are open. i heard meat tenderizer as an option although im not sure if it works.the person needing this needs this cause they have been in bed for a while healing and need now to get circulation to lower leg areas.

You dont need any meds or herbs for that. You need to get the knee back into shape by doing any small amount of stretches per day and progressively do more each day until it is back to normal.

you want circulation , get some hot pepper, your choice, and heat it in olive oil. Or if you have winter green , peppermint. Apply on the area. rub in, with the warm oil should help. Meat tenderizer is good for jelly fish stings.

Warm bath and epsom salt, also heating pads. Bengay pads or rub in. Hope that helps. My boyfriend says to eat more Omega 3 (fish oil) it helps with joints.
