Heartbreak is hard, but going out with friends and/or love ones always does help. Know that life does go on, and if it WAS ment to be, it would of worked out. YOu are not wasting anymore time with the wrong persona nd you are one step closer to the right person. If you are really depressed, counseling does help... local churches, YMCA's or your doctor could help reccomend some place for you.

Forget drugs...they don't do anything. Just deal with your feelings and think of all the good and bad in that relationship and weigh it out. Look for something positive that you came away from the relationship with and take that and bring it to the next one. You'll be fine!

well me and my fionce broke up she left while i was at work without saying anything i came home from work to find everything gone and she ripped me off $8000 i was absolutely devestated couldnt eat or sleep i was a mess i loved her so much i thought i was never going to get over it i tried to get back with her so much i did everything i could i didt hassle her or anything then one day i ran into her at ther pub and she came back to my place i thought we were getting back together but after we had sex she said it was a mistake and she shouldnt have done it this made it even worse, so in the end all the heartache and pain she caused me made me realise she wasnt the person i thought she was her friends werer telling me she had gone of the rails sleeping with everyone she could and just making a complete fool of her self around town. I live in a mining town so word travels quickly, then a bunch of friends i worked with came into town for the rodeo and told me the crap she was spreading about me she was saying the reason she broke up with me was because i was a druggie, thats absolute crap because with my job i work with explosives all day so they drug test u all the time. so what im getting at is no matter how bad things seem U WILL get over it and move on with your life just be happy with the knowledge that u have done everything u could and gone about things the right way and speak to your family about it if it wasnt for my family i dont know what i would have done and they live over 1500km away (my phone bill was huge for 2 months) and speak to your friends going through a hard time like that really shows u who your true friends are and if u need someone to speak too who has just gone through the same thing my email is hamishiain@yahoo.com you are more than welcome to bounce your thoughts of me im only 23 i dont know everything there is to know about relationships but i know it hurts like hell when they end and i dont wish that kind of pain on anyone. Good luck and remember no matter how bad things seem u will move on and meet an amazing person who deserves you.

takes time and grieving and learning from the experience,
took zoloft for me from deep depression and help from above and I am happier than I ever was now=help for today and for forever=and a drop of advice in frienship turned to true love= first you get married and you dont need a condom and the rest of the things will fit into place instead of disgrace
"In marriage the bed is undefiled, but all the others will be judged." Hebrews 13
and some help from above
true love
spoken from heaven Revelation 1:1 chapter 1 verse 1 & 3:19&20 "I love you and ask you to turn to me from sin, even one past lie. Behold I stand at your heart door and knock, if you ask me in I will com in and be your friend and you mine." Jesus
so I prayed, "Im sorry for my sins, come into my heart and be my friend, thanks for loving me enough to die to forgive me, amen."
Now life is grand
Have a nice day and remember there is a way-prayin for you in that way

it's been two months and i'm still dealing with the heartbreak. she left in the middle of the night when i was sleeping. it's been hard, i still love her dearly. but good friends have been there to listen and help however they can. i turned to alcohol for awhile, but i realized that only made me more depressed. then i started going to church to find answers. finding God and having Him in my life has done wonders for me. now i know that i can handle anything life throws at me. thats what is helping me through a very hard time. good luck, my friend.

Drive around and cry. Then cry some more. Wake up with puffy eyes and feel bad. Then eat some chocolate and move on.

The quickest and most fun way to get over one boyfriend/girlfriend is to get involved with TWO new ones. Then your mind is occupied comparing and juggling those two that you don't have time to think about the ex.

I just cried it out of my system,
Wrote a LOT of sad poems,
Ate loads of chocolate,
And hung out with my friends...
After a week or so I was over it and it was almost a 2 year relationship... :-)
Be Strong!

Get drunk and make out with total strangers...until you actually fall for one of them.
My boyfriend and I have been together 2.5 years...and he started out as some hot random guy that i made out with at a party lol.
Of course...it doesnt really make you get over the initial break up. Nothing does. They are always in your heart.
