Jason Bourne is a fictional character. Real-life spies don't operate like Jason Borne. Assassins, such as Jason Borne, are more likely to work in special operations units of the military. Spies, on the other hand, are involved in disinformation; funding and supporting (if not founding) dissenting factions in countries whose governments are not sympathetic to the causes of the country the spy works for; starting turmoil amongst different political factions in order to implement policies that serve to divide, weaken the political structure, and (eventually) conquer; integration for the purpose of gathering intelligence; etc.
A U.S. spy, for example, might operate for years as a Latin-American businessman who does nothing more than send money to the AUC and send out communications on the goings-on in the area every once in a while.

I would suggest acting and special effects classes. Mostly the stuff happening is fake whether in the book or real life. most fbi agents have a life more like the movie A good shepard (although i think that might be about hte cia). Or you could just take Stnt training and take up parkour to bcome like jason Bell who is probly more actiony.

closest thing you can do is join the military and go for special forces(navy seals, marine recon, army rangers) or a [secret]field agent for the government's intelligence(cia, fbi, nsa)
even then they rely on hand to hand combat a lot less than you think i mean they are good but their time is also split among weapons training and gathering intelligence.
if you chose to go into these jobs then they'll teach you but any martial art training prior will help. judo, brazilian jiujitsu, are good grappling arts to look into for ground works, joint locks, and submissions, boxing, thai boxing, have great conditioning drills, escrima and krav maga are good for self defense and weapon disarming....these arent complete list by any means but just an idea

Get into the military man. They train you and gives you free food. You use them for practical uses and you get paid. What's better? At least they teach you how to grow a brain and stops you from trying to be a power ranger.

You might start with counseling to discover why you would want a job that involves murdering people, and working for one of the most corrupt governments on the planet? :))
